Beginner ladies ages 18 to 100.
This Feminine Hip Hop class is focused on:
Technique and instruction (not fitness)
Low-impact (knee-friendly!)
No floor work - For Example, noo crawling or rolling on the floor like many other Feminine Hip Hop Classes do
No intense jumping
Just good vibes, great music, and a confidence boost you’ll carry home.
This class is for true beginners—no prior dance background needed. Many dance classes in the area are listed as "beginners" but are actually quite advanced. This class is for true beginners with a short cheography of simple moves each class. The moves will be broken down and explained with feedback from your instructor.
Watch the sample video above filmed after a single session with first-time dancers.
That clip was filmed after just one class— the video may look easy but the styling, coordination, and memorization takes time and experience to finesse!
