⚠️ This Class Doesn’t Happen Every Month
If you see an open date—don’t wait. These classes fill fast and are held just 1–2 times a month.
You can join any class individually, but most students commit to 4 in a row for the fastest results.
Each session features brand-new choreography and builds on previous techniques.

💃 Who It’s For
Beginner ladies, ages 18 to 100.
We focus on technique and feminine hip hop moves —low impact, no jumping, and absolutely no crawling on the floor. Just good vibes, great music, and confidence-building. This is not a fitness class but an instructional dance class.
🟢 No Experience? Perfect.
This class is for true beginners—no prior dance background needed. Many dance classes in the area are listed as beginners but are difficult, this class is a short cheography of simple moves.
