A. Beadalon Wire explained- meaning of strands (7, 19, 49), diameter, strength and flexibility
B. Pliers, Cutters, Crimping Tool, Split Ring Pliers – how they work
C. Materials to String -Bead Types: glass, pearl, crystal, metal, stone… cost, textures, size, focal point beads
D. Design and Pattern: bead placement, symmetry/asymmetry, length, bead placement, drape

II. Simple Necklace Instruction
A. Demonstration of wire strung 17” pearl necklace interspersed with glass seed beads and ended with crystal and 4mm plated beads; crimping technique, ending necklace, adding lobster clasp
B. Students make necklace under guidance, questions answered

III. Simple Dangle Earrings
A. Earring Findings Explained: wires, posts, clips, headpins
B. Design and pattern choices, size, movement, weight
C. Demonstration of simple dangle earring with one pearl, one crystal; demonstration of 2-part dangle using other beads.
D. Students make simple earring style under guidance, questions answered
