Keshia-Lee

Keshia-Lee is a former District Groove dance instructor and has choreographed most of the Beyonce Dance Course and Workshop Choreographies by dissecting and simplifying them from the original music videos (ex. Beyonce’s “Formation” and Justin Beiber’sSorry”).  She is a graduate of the PAVE Dance Program from the New Rochelle High School in New York.  From childhood, she regularly took studio dance classes through New York’s Beverly’s Dance Studio and Rooftop Rhythms Dance Studio in Tap, Ballet, Modern, and Hip Hop.

Keshia-Lee found her desire for Hip Hop after attending classes at the Broadway Dance Center and has been a part of many performances and dance troupes in the DC area. Moving to DC to attend American University for Mathematical Statistics and Business Administration, Keshia has choreographed and danced in the student-run group AU in Motion, and also was featured in American University’s productions of Thoroughly Modern Millie (The Pearl Lady/Josephine Baker) and Oklahoma! (Female Ensemble/Dream Laurey).

Keshia-Lee has danced with Kaution Dance Crew and Fierce Collabo.  She currently performs dance at SAX Lounge in DC.
