WHAT STUDENTS ARE SAYING:
“Marc Lapadula’s screenwriting course helped me to get started the right way in this exciting — but different and challenging — kind of writing. The screenplay I began in Marc’s course, The Paper Route, went on to win cash prizes in six screenwriting contests and is ranked as one of the top all-time winners by winningscripts.com Since then I have completed three more scripts, one of which just won first prize in a screenwriting contest; and I have received hundreds of requests for my scripts from producers. I thoroughly recommend Marc’s course both for beginning screenwriters and for those who have been at it a while.”
-Dan Howell
“I sent [Marc]’s announcement for the Seminar this year to friends and family. Brings back great memories for me and I hope [he gets] a ton of folks… Marc’s a gifted teacher, funny as all get out, and the seminar itself is worth it for anyone who’s thought about screenwriting or loves film in general. . . See you at the movies!”
- Ralph
“I love Marc and his class which is why I’m helping to organize this one. He’s funny, informative, and has so much energy, it’s almost like going to an entertainment show rather than a class. I’ve taken his class more than once and even forced my husband to take it (who hates to write but is a movie lover). After class he told me he was really glad I made him take it.”
- Amina Vohra (Manager of District Groove)
“Marc is a great teacher. Very funny. He made the five hours enjoyable and I don’t even write. I just love movies. It was worth the 3 hour drive from New Jersey with my boyfriend.”
- Jenna H
