COURSE DESCRIPTION:
All ages, shapes, and sizes are welcome – you just need to be age 18 or older.  Get ready to shake it to heart pumping international music and get a work out! Learn fun and sexy zumba like dance choreographies that are a fusion of Bellydance, Bollywood, Hip Hop, and Latin.
No pre-requisites or experience necessary but taking taking the begniners Hip Hop Party Moves course with Amina at the same time or before this class is not required but recommended.  For more advanced students, there may be advanced versions of some of the steps we do.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM A ZUMBA CLASS?
The dances will be taught in a pattern to the music similarly to zumba but there will be little to no exercise movement.  It’ll be all dancing.  And unlike zumba, the moves will be broken down by your instructor before each song is played.  Also it will not be high impact dance exercise but more lower to medium impact – which is great if you have bad knees or ankles.  Plus you’ll be learning a sprinkling of different kinds of international dance – bollywood, hip hop, bellydance, and latin.
